Floyd turns the posts you save into something finished. If something is wrong, this is how to reach a person.
Include the build number from Settings, and the link you shared if there was one.
A save came back with nothing, or with the wrong thing
When Floyd cannot read a post it says why, on the save itself — private account, removed post, a site that will not serve it. Every record keeps a link to the original, so you can always check what Floyd was working from.
If the result is wrong rather than missing, email the link you shared and the build number from Settings. That is enough to reproduce it.
A new phone, or a reinstall
Sign in with the same email address. Your archive is on the server, not on the phone, and it comes back with the address.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account & data, inside the app. It removes every save, record, and usage event from the server immediately and clears the device's queue. There is nothing to email about — the button does it all.
If you made the original post
Every record credits the post it came from and links back to it; nothing is republished. If you would rather a post of yours were not in Floyd, email the link.
